We wish to make sure you are happy with your purchase therefore we aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping.
We unfortunately cannot give refunds for online purchases except in the case the item is deemed damaged or faulty.
If you have received your item and believe it to be damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve this as soon as possible. We may request your proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. Please note we do not refund for change of mind purchases.
If the item is found to be faulty then you will be refunded the cost of the item as well as the return shipping.
